Destinations and cost

We deliver within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on eligible U.S. orders, with no minimum unless checkout states otherwise. International shipping is unavailable.

Timing and tracking

After payment confirmation, processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Carrier transit usually takes another 4–7 business days: approximately 5–9 business days overall. Weekends, holidays, high volumes, weather, and carrier disruptions may affect estimates. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Tracking details are emailed when available; updates may take time to appear.

Address and delivery problems

Check your address before ordering. Contact us promptly for corrections; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts. For delayed or missing parcels, email your order number and tracking details. If marked delivered, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and carrier before contacting us.

Damage and separate parcels

Report damage promptly with your order number and photographs. Approved issues are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Items may arrive separately without extra shipping charges.

Shipment delays

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will offer a revised shipping date and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund, as required by law.
